Tips with Turmeric

Turmeric! One of the most powerful anti – inflammatory’s you can find! Natures wonder drug! This stuff is so powerful and has so many health benefits it’s ridiculous.

Here’s just some of the amazing things Turmeric can help with

Chronic inflammation & pain
Rheumatoid arthritis

Preventing/ fighting Cancer, including cancers such as colon and pancreatic

How you can use Turmeric in your foods.

Use a pinch in scrambled eggs or frittatas
Mix it with roasted vegetables
Use it in soups
Use it in curries
Blend it in to a smoothie
Add it to rice
Make tea! (See below)

You could also try our Turmeric tea recipe

1 cup coconut milk
1 cup water
1 tbs ghee
1tbs honey
1tbs turmeric powder

Pour the coconut mil & water into a saucepan & heat gently for 2 minutes. Add in butter, raw honey & turmeric powder for another 2 minutes. Stir and then pour.
