Chocolate Mousse recipe
Here’s our guilt free chocolate mousse recipe and yes we really do mean guilt free!
Serves 4 – Ingredients
3 large avocados stones and flesh scooped out
75g high quality cacao powder
50 – 70g honey – high quality
3 tbs coconut milk
1tsp vanilla extract
optional – 1 tbs raw cacao nibs
Place the avocados, cacao powder, coconut milk, honey and vanilla extract in a food processor and blitz until smooth
Stir through the raw cacao nibs until combined
Transfer the mixture into individual serving dishes and cover in cling film. place in the fridge and allow to set for 30 minutes and until slightly firm
When ready to serve, sprinkle with a little more raw cacao nibs.
Optional – Add some berries and shredded coconut to top
